The 20’s had no game this week, so the 18s took on the supporting role and served up another cracking game against last week’s Cup Final opponents Bayswater City. The game ebbed and flowed with tall striker Daniel McKenzie scoring the opener for Bayswater from a header.

Sorrento came back into the game with 2 goals from Daniel Faichney, on each occasion having outpaced the Bayswater defence and slotted the ball past the Bayswater keeper. Bayswater then scored twice and looked to have secured the points. However a pinpoint free kick by Dejan Lewis into the corridor of uncertainty saw Jake Shaked power a last minute header past the keeper to secure a point for the Gulls. The match finished 3 -3.
